Enter Andy Fisher.

Andy — whose middle initial “A” and lifelong connection to recovery made the mission deeply personal — has always been fascinated by habits, structure, and leadership. Named after AA, Andy grew up understanding the power of daily commitment and community. As a leader, he has consistently looked for ways to help people build better systems, stronger habits, and more intentional lives.
